coming to the health industry. >> it looks like we're getting a quick ride break today and then more rain is on the way. >> we're off to a good start as far as accidents go but details in minutes >> this morning, is monday. >> the time right now is 430. san francisco police have a suspect or five murders >> but they still have a lot of questions about the killings in a house near city college. he joins us now with the very latest >> that is exactly right, police do have a suspect in this case but that is all about anybody knows. there are still lot of unanswered questions. we have crime tape on the scene and we still don't know much about the victims in this case

but here is the suspect they have in custody. he is charged with five murders. police do say he has a criminal record. they also let the public know on sunday that been luke did have a relationship with the family but they did not say how >> there could be some prior gang ties involved in this situation of a we don't believe at this point that this was being related. >> in addition to the list of unknowns, we still don't know much about the victims but we know they are from one family but their identities have not been released. recently the case appeared to be a murder-suicide. dozens of investigators worked around the clock and describe the scene as to horrific and gruesome. >> the chief said that all deaths involved one trauma and an edge weapon but that is all he would say. the victims were found all

over the house, one in the front door, to in the parking garage, one upstairs and one downstairs. it could take weeks before we know the cause of the debt of these victims. we do want to note that a second arrest was made, it was the suspect's brother, brian luke but he is not connected with the case for the murders here. >> do we know if there is some sort of relationship between the suspect and those who were killed at this hour? >> police did note that there was some type of relationship but it would not elaborate on what that relationship is. they say they're still investigating all the different avenues and again, still on a lot of unanswered questions. >> police are investigating a deadly stabbing in san francisco.

officers were called to a home on buchanan street just before can last night that once. medics pronounced the victim dead. a man and woman were seen in handcuffs but so far police are not commenting on any arrests. san francisco police are questioning the driver to itch and killed a pedestrian while he or she was walking between van ness and franklin. police say the victim was not in a crosswalk. the driver stayed on the scene and cooperated with officers >> tomorrow class kids foundation will organized searches for 15 year-old sierra lamar of morgan hill. the girl's mother has asked the organization to get involved. last night friends and family held the biggest vigil so far for the missing teenager. her mother thanked supporters last night >> it is amazing how everybody is coming together and the

sierra will be so amazed because i'm saving all this stuff because she will come back safely and now want her to see how much she is loved. thank you. >> police search and rescue units and volunteers conducted the fourth and largest search for syrup over the weekend. >> city leaders are calling for calm in sanford florida a month after trayvon martin was shot to death. there was a town hall meeting. the community remembered the 17 year-old who was killed by a neighborhood watch volunteer. mourners wore hooded sweat shirts like the one that martin wore the night he was killed. parishioners were hooded sweatshirts to a number of churches in the bay area. it is part of a nationwide movement to take the stigma away from a common piece of clothing >> stereotypes are something we

mandate meaning all americans must buy health insurance or face a fine. the more his main question is can congress forced people to buy something? 26 states are opposed and if the court upholds the law it could have far- reaching consequences >> if the administration wins it is frankly hard to see what would be left of federalism as a concept in the u.s. >> wednesday's focus will be if the individual mandate is on its constitutional doesn't mean the entire law is struck down. these three days of arguments will be the longest the supreme court has heard in 35 years. lawyers will have a total of six hours to state their case. >> we are confident it will be constitutional and our focus right now, there will be a process played out this weekend and we will continue to make sure we implement the law smartly >> republicans say it goes too far >> americans have come to their

morning. >> it might have been tv magic. there were a lot of flip- floping schedules and now we're back. let's talk about the weather. kind of on the chiles side. it depends on how tolerant you are. temperatures are in the 40's with a couple of upper 30's. 45 in livermore, 46 in oakland. we're in between storm systems in getting a break today so the low pressure from over the weekend is continuing farther east. we're watching this new low pressure system heading our way tuesday and wednesday. temperatures today are not too bad, mostly in the low 60s. farther inland, 62 in concord and livermore. over the next several days, a dry break for the start of the

week and on tuesday we could get some pretty good wind along with that system. rainy and windy after midnight tonight. mostly cloudy skies on thursday and friday and then the rain returns for next weekend. for an update on our traffic conditions >> so far so good out there on the freeways. no major accidents to reports of your cruising right along for the most part. an easy ride coming out of marin county into san francisco. if you're headed towards the bay bridge leader on today, on the eastbound side of the lower deck there is road works scheduled that extends until 2:00 this afternoon so you might see some delays if you're headed out of san francisco in oakland but it does not start until after 7:00. not a lot of road construction going on right now. no delays at the toll plaza.

north korea to help its people by giving up on its nuclear weapons program. >> two british soldiers are dead in afghanistan shot by a man in an afghan uniform. a nato spokesperson says the gunman was also shot and killed but no additional details were provided. this appears to be the latest in what is described as green on blue attacks in which afghan security forces turn on their colleagues. the wife of the american soldier accused of killing 17 afghan civilians said she finds the charges unbelievable. she describes her has been as a very brave, very courageous and she told but they show that her husband joined the army after the 911 terror attacks because he wanted to do his part. she also said he should never never showed any signs of bp's be before he was deployed. the u.s. gave $860,000 to the

drive break for today but by tuesday it looks like we will see more rain and some gusty wind along with this system. temperatures in the upper fifties to mid 60's today. farther inland it will be low to mid 60's. 63 in danville and walnut creek and a little bit cooler at the coast. over the next several days, a quick drive break and you won't need your umbrella today and it looks like it is sticking around into wednesday. thursday and friday will be mostly cloudy. a slight chance of rain in the north bay. friday looks ok and saturday the rain returns for the start of the weekend and it looks like we're trying out by sunday. >> it does not rain every day
